During my recent stay at Quality Inn, I encountered a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, close to dining options and shopping areas like the Hartville Marketplace. However, the issues I faced with the rooms were a major drawback. Changing rooms multiple times due to lock, smell, and maintenance problems was frustrating. The staff was accommodating in allowing a room change, but these issues should have been addressed before guests arrived. The included breakfast was satisfactory but not exceptional.In terms of amenities, the hotel offers standard features such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a fitness studio. However, the overall quality did not match the price paid. For a more pleasant stay, I recommend ensuring that maintenance is consistently checked and improved.
